Our experience in education project in Laos have provided us with a strong background in developing reading programs for first and second language speakers, capacity building including the training of trainers and teacher training.
ECC proposes its expertise in assessing, designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating education programs in districts inhabited by ethnic population.
In particular ECC has experience in designing and implementing guidelines on learning games and classroom management in order to facilitate the teaching of Lao language for children whose language at home is not Lao. We use a coaching strategy that includes a collaborative video analysis allowing teachers, pedagogical advisors from the Ministry of Education and Sports and education specialists to watch and to reflect on the lessons together.
